Finaly, it was time to say good bye.
It was a long jorney but the time flew past so fast.
I felt sad because the word “Good bye” came up in my mind.
When we got up, we realised Yoda was not in bed anymore.
I thought he had gone for a drive. But Yoda’s new wallet was on the desk.
I was recalling yesterday’s travel while I was putting on my make up.
Yoda came back to the room and said
“I wanted to have a tunasalad rice ball and went to the supermaket but I forgot my wallet and couldn’t buy it.”
That’s my friend, Yoda!
We forgot about this sad mode and went back to our normal selves!

Me and Kojiro’s flight was 17.00 at tonight and Yoda was going to stay in Melborne and start his new life.
We still had time until our flight and Yoda made a surprise plan for us!
That’s my friend, Yoda!
The place was called “Searoad Ferries”,
It is just a port but it was reviewed 4.5 stars.
We love an adventure so we started to head there.
We took a photo of our Mitsubishi Mirage.

Adam told us so many times that we were going to die. But the car never had a problem and it carried us all the way from Gold Coast. He said to us that it was old, doesn’t look good and we should change cars. But it is our preciouse car now! We were going to miss it!

It was raining and then sometimes sunny just like our emotions.
It was a small port but a very modern place. Because of the weather, the customers were only us and it was a paradise to us.

There was an observatory above a restaurant and it was free.

Kojiro looked like she was having fun. (She is always cool to us but not to Samba.)

When we had blue sky, the view was very beautiful!! Now I understood why it was 4.5 stars.
On the way to the airport, we had one more place to go.
It was called “Easten Beach Sanctuary”. This place also has 4.5 stars.
We wanted to take some photos of our car for last time.
There was free parking! We love free parking so much!
We didn’t have time but it looked like a good place to have a BBQ and relax.

Finally we were at the Airport.
We already have done our online check in so we went to the counter to leave our luggage.
It was a self checkin machine. We had to tag the stickers by ourselves and took them to the belt by ourselves.
Normally, the machine reads the barcode of the tag and the belt carries our luggages…..BUT it was not working!!! Our bags came back even we scanned all of our bags.
We realized the machine might be reading the barcode of the shopping bag….!!!!
So we hid the barcode of the shopping bag and tried again!!!!……but it didn’t work!!!
We were getting pissed off with the machine and called the Jetstar staff.
She told us we had to put the bag on one by one….it was not the BARCODE!!!!!

We had a lot of incidents until the last minutes.

We still had a time until our flight so we went to Macdonald and had a chat.
It was brilliant because people who don’t have a flight ticket could go to the gate.
It was raining and Yoda waved to us until he couldn’t see us.
Our new life had just started from this moment.

We arrived at Gold Coast after 2 hours.

We got on the bus and went to Samba’s share house.
Gold Coast is our start pointing and we were happy to see Samba!
And this was also our last night with Samba again!
We talked until midnight while listening to our driving music.
I’ll never forget this trip.
Next morning, we headed to Bunderburg for a farm job.
We promised Samba to see again.
This is the end of our journey and the start of our new life.

+++++++++
At last our journey has finished and I want to leave a message to everyone.
You may be reading this blog while you were wondering if you should go to Australia on a Working Holiday visa or not.
To be honest, I couldn’t make a decision before coming to Australia because I was worried too much. I was going to give up so many times. But I am glad I came here!
You can have a lot of experiences through Woring Holiday or studying abroad.
It was not only because many good things happened but I didn’t want to regret not doing anything!
Please take action! I think any purpuse is ok!
My purpuse was I wanted to change my shy character and giving up character. I have become very brave because I talked to a lot of people in English here.

To be honest, I went to Cebu to study English so I was not going to go to school to save my money. But I read a lot of blogs and it made me worry so much. As I told you, I am not brave so I decided to go to school to get some information. And I was not wrong, I could talk and listen people who have lived in Australia for a long time, went to farm and so on. It made me feel relieved and I could make a lot of best friends!

I would like to thank IWHP because we could have such a crazy journey.
When Adam the teacher heard we were going to do a road trip, he did a lesson related to the travel, and also he told us to check the car privately, buy a good sleeping bag and gave us a lot of advised about camping. That’s why we could finish our journey safely. (I was bitten by bugs and Turkey though) IWHP is a very tiny school but it was really good for me! Not only for our travels, if there was a student who was looking for a job, it was a homely atmosphere and everyone was llike one big family! I didn’t like the group lessons, but I could talk more English than studying English in Cebu for man to man.
I appriciate this a lot!!!

Thank you for reading such a long story because I wanted to say a lot here.
I hope your working holiday life will be wonderful and preciouse.

THE END

Awww..the last one was sad.
But thank you for giving us such a lovely comment!!
I was glad we could know their travel.
I’m sure they’ll never forget about this memory.
Their working holiday time is only half way!
All the best for you guys and see you someday again!!

<Day 11>

[speech_bubble type=”std” subtype=”L1″ icon=”musashi.png” name=”Musashi”]Today’s writer is Musashi. [/speech_bubble]

[speech_bubble type=”std” subtype=”L1″ icon=”kojiro.png” name=”Kojirou”] Musashi, the dryer is not working.[/speech_bubble]

I woke up with Kojiro’s voice. I was still in a dream and repeated the words….dryer..dryer…dryer…

What!? Dryer is not working!?

We only had a pair of clothes so it was a big problem.
I jumped out from the bed and went to the laundry room with Kojiro.
There were 2 dryers at the top and bottom. The top one was already working.
Kojiro said she inserted the coin into the machine and pressed the bottun but it didn’t work.
The insert place was only one place. And there were the buttons of Upper and Lower.
Maybe she did…..

[speech_bubble type=”std” subtype=”L1″ icon=”musashi.png” name=”Musashi”]Did you press this button? [/speech_bubble]

asked Kojiro and pointed “Upper” button.

[speech_bubble type=”std” subtype=”L1″ icon=”kojiro.png” name=”Kojirou”]Oh, yeah. I did it.[/speech_bubble]

We bursted into laughing.
We put 4 more dollars and the machine worked!
Kojiro was very kind to put extra time for upper machine!

It was such a peaceful morning. But we only had one more hour til check out.
We never finished our packing for an hour. And it was raining.
Today’s plan was going to great ocean road.
We knew it was going to be not so good view when it was raining.

In the cold rainy day, was it going to be worth to go there?
Our lazy mind went through in our brain.

Musashi muttered…

[speech_bubble type=”std” subtype=”L1″ icon=”musashi.png” name=”Musashi”]Why don’t we stay here one more night?[/speech_bubble]

It was really comfortable cavin here.
But we decided to stay at the tent tonight so Yoda and Kojiro didn’t say Yes easily.

Ok, wait!! Why don’t we sightseeing in the city and then stay at the tent!?
We started to seach sightseeing places in the city but we couldn’t find any other good place to go.
We did so much yesterday so it was going to waste of our time.

Yoda finally said,

[speech_bubble type=”std” subtype=”L1″ icon=”yoda.png” name=”Yoda”]Shall we stay here one more night?[/speech_bubble]

We went to the reception and asked them if we could stay another night.
Luckily, our cavin was availbale so we extended our stay here.

We noticed the rain has stopped around 13.00.
What!?!?!
We quicly got ready and tried to get to the beginning of Great Ocean Road.

The entrance was called Torquay. It was only 20 minutes by car but it started raining again.
We arrived Torquay beach and saw a lot of surfers in the cold ocean.

When we checked the map, there was a place called Memorial Arch. It was 30 minutes from there so we drove there.
It was getting look like Great Ocean Road. It would be fantastic if it didn’t rain.
We got to the Arch, it was a photo spot for travellers.

We couldn’t finish drinig Great Ocean Road but headed back.

On the way back, we visited Narana Aboriginal Cultural Centre.
There were Aborininal Art, care and an event when it was on season.

The customers were only us. Lol

When we carried on, we found a nice garden.
Entranse fee was just only 2 dollars and there were Emus. Only I paid and entered the garden.
Other two didn’t come with me because they could see Emus from the outside.
When I got into the garden, an Emu went passing by me.
It worths of it!!!

I carried on and it was much bigger than I thought.

I saw the kangaroos? Or wallabees too!!! They were so cute!

It would be good to relax in this garden, but I had to go back to them.
By the way, there was a lot of poos on the floor. Please be aware.
When I went back to them, Kojiro looked so worried.
I asked her why?
Kojiro thought that this garden was very small but Musashi hadn’t come back.
Kojiro saw a sign saying aware of wild snakes and do not leave the track. Kojiro thought Musashi have left the track.
She was wondering if she should pay $2 and go to look for her…but was a waste of money to pay $2? Kojiro was wondering what she should do.
Oi!!!! Is my life not worth more than the entrance fee!?!?
But I appriciate that she was worried about me and it was true that I chased after the Kangaroos to get off the track.

Yoda was happy because he bought a new Kangaroo leather wallet at the gift shop.
In total, this garden was a good to place to go.

We finished our sightseeing and went back to our caravan.
Yoda wanted to have a 100% beef burger but Kojiro did not feel well however she still made good dinner for us. Thank you, Kojiro.

It was the last night of our travels but we spent it like the same way as usual.
I wish we could be together forever!
Me and Kojiro are going back to Gold Coast tomorrow and said good bye to Yoda.

It was cloudy and drizzling from the morning.
Our mood was also like this weather but that’s traveling!
We should enjoy the day even if it is raining!

We left for Briton beach.
On the way to the beach,
Musashi was trying to book accomocation for tonight.
But Musashi and Yoda started arguing about the accomodation!
The atomosphere in the car was getting bad…Musashi didn’t listen Yoda and she booked a caravan park which Musashi wanted to stay.

And Yoda got pissed off!!!!

There was a very bad mood in the car!!
Musashi apologized to Yoda but Yoda was still not happy.
It was like a storm…I was between them and felt awkward..I was trying to fix this and said some jokes…but It didn’t work!!!!
I decided to shut up.
Musashi kept saying sorry to him but they were still uneasy.
I think Yoda’s been patient for us but he coudn’t put up with us anymore..he’s never got angry with us, even when we were crazy and noizy.

We realized Yoda’s such a kind guy. We are sorry, Yoda.
Anyway, we arrived at Briton Beach.
It was colorful and pretty!
But Yoda was still not happy…he wanted to leave so much.
And it was windy and cold.
We took photos of the houses when we were leaving.
Yoda was trying to smile but he couldn’t!!!

We laughed about it later.

We went to Melborne CBD. Wow, it looks like Sydney! But it looks much more mature than Sydney.
We parked our car and went to have lunch at a noodle restaurant where my friend is working.

I orderd Hakata noodle straight away, Musashi ordered Citrus flavored noodle and Yoda ordered spicy noodle.
Hey!! Wait!
We came here to eat Hakata noodle but why didn’t you order a normal noodle like me!! I couldn’t understand them because I come from Fukuoka.
Anyway, I enjoyed talking with my friend and also the noodles.

We went to Victoria library by foot. It is a big and gorgeous library. I was happy I could use free Wifi. I enjoyed watching my favorite Youtube.

We finished sightseeing because Yoda was very tired from driving and looking after us.

The caravan was so great!

Wow!! There was a buthtub!
It was even a jucuzzi!
Wow, we were right to come here earlier!
It was slow but we could use the WIFI!
It was HEAVEN!!!

Musashi quickly went to check the laundry room….and came back with big smile.
She said that good looking guy talked to her.
But she was distracted by him and didn’t check about laundry room.
It closed at 20.00 and it was already 22.00!!
Musashi had to hand wash everyone’s clothes.
I will never forget that Musashi had to wash them until midnight.

Yoda and Musashi made up again the next morning!!!
It was hell when Yoda was not happy yesterday.
When you travel together for a long time, sometimes you fight with each other.
But good friendship is the best!!!
